I'm a mid-Michigan fine art photographer. I love the great state of Michigan because it has everything I could ever ask for. I hope it shows as you browse my site.
I'm an Air Force vet; served proudly for 8 years. After leaving the service, I spent the next 10 years in the Pacific as an independent contractor and where the photography "bug" hit. Once I returned stateside, I earned my BFA in Photography from Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD) where I graduated with honors. I was then fortunate to be able to earn a living with my camera, right out of college. After 11 years of working in the corporate sector, it was time to step out on my own.
In 2015 I started Ursula Hoppe Photography where I was very active in the art fair scene. Art Fairs were an amazing platform to share my work and meet wonderful people. My images now hang on many residential walls, in business buildings, and in international collections in the UK and Saudi Arabia
My professional images have been selected for national competitions where they have always finished in the top 25%. My images have also earned multiple art fair "Best in Show" Blue Ribbons. And even while at SCAD, images were published and recognized among "Students To Watch For.
I love what I do and I hope it shows. Thanks again for visiting. I hope to work with you and earn your business.
My art business has been designated as a "Trusted Art Seller" with The Art Storefronts Organization, which means you can shop with confidence, and know that I stand behind the quality and value of my products.
